These coffees must be nearly free from all defects, be roasted only by our Head Roaster in nano batches and provide an unparalleled experience resulting in the creation of nostalgic memories by those who brew it. Felipe Trujillo’s Geisha Cordillera does just that and truly delivers an unparalleled experience.
Unlike other varieties of coffee, geisha is the most difficult to grow and harvest, requiring extremely precise conditions and extensive care in order to make this prized coffee simply extraordinary. This geisha was processed using the natural method of which Felipe has mastered. The coffee cherry is placed immediately on drying beds after being picked at peak ripeness. Once on the drying beds, the coffee beans interact with the natural sugars from the cherry as enzymes break down the mucilage around the beans. The result is a cup that explodes with waves of nostalgic flavors reminiscent of cherry lollipop, Italian ice and chocolate covered blueberries.
As a thank you to ordering our first Roaster's Reserve Coffee, we are packaging each order in a Professional Series Coffee Vac. This reusable Vac allows freshly roasted coffee to degas and breath, maintaining freshness by creating a vacuum seal each time the Vac is closed.

Loving it. More like a dessert coffee.
